Worksheets for objects on selected sheets

You can create worksheets for objects that are represented on selected worksheets. All available worksheet types can be selected for the creation of worksheets.

Start objects

  • Documents folder and all subfolders
  • Drawings
  • Sheets
  •  

    A multiple selection is possible.

The resulting worksheets list all objects represented on the related sheets.

To create worksheets for objects on selected sheets

  1. Select the valid start objects in the navigation pane.
  2. On the shortcut menu, select Open Worksheet, then click the worksheet template you want to use.
  3. This opens the worksheet based on the selected worksheet template. The information on all objects that are represented on the selected sheet, drawing, and/or the Documents folder level is now available.
