Copying, deleting or moving a selection

You can copy, delete or move objects on worksheets.

Copying a selection

To copy a selection

  1. Select the objects on the worksheet on right-click the first column.
  2. On the shortcut menu, click Copy.
  3. Select the destination and click Paste on the shortcut menu.
  4. The objects are copied together with their nested objects to the new position. If the object is copied to the same node, the name will be Copy of <source>.

    If you cannot find the menu item Paste, it may be forbidden to copy to the selected destination.

Deleting a selection

To delete a selection

  1. Select the objects on the worksheet on right-click the first column.
  2. On the shortcut menu, click Delete.
  3. This moves the objects to the recycle bin.
  4.  

    Associations cannot be restored from the recycle bin.

Moving a selection

To move a selection

  1. Select the objects on the worksheet on right-click the first column.
  2. On the shortcut menu, click Cut.
  3. Select the destination and click Paste on the shortcut menu.
  4. This moves the object/s to the new destination.
  5.  

    Objects cannot be moved between projects.
