Worksheets

Worksheets can be used to modify or print data. Worksheets are created using the menu item Open Worksheet from the shortcut menu of an object or a shape in Visio. Worksheet configurations can be saved as templates.

Toolbar

The toolbar allows quick access to frequently used commands.

You can add or remove toolbar buttons, change the display order and create custom toolbars.
