Opening a worksheet with multiple selection

Engineering Base allows you to open a worksheet with multiple start objects. In a dedicated options dialog, you can determine to either collect the child objects of each selected start object on an individual worksheet (tab) each or on one common worksheet. The default is an individual worksheet for each start object.

Independent of the selected option, you can at any time change the number of start objects.

To open a worksheet with multiple selection

  1. Select the start objects in the navigation pane.
  2. On the shortcut menu, select Open Worksheet and then click the template you want to use.
  3. This opens the worksheet based on the selected start objects, template and option.
 

It is not possible to open or add multiple start objects in embedded worksheets.

 

A new configuration in the options dialog takes effect once you have re-opened the worksheet.
