License update reminder

It is possible to administrate licenses as time-limited in Engineering Base.

Each time you start Engineering Base and time limited licenses have been issued, the program checks if any of the registered licenses have expired or will expire in the current month (the next 30 days).

The following licenses are displayed in the license update reminder dialog:

  • Licenses that expire within the next 30 days
  • already expired licenses
  • Licenses that are not currently active but still entered in the product key dialog.

Expired licenses that should not be renewed can be removed from the product key dialog. 

In the field Remind me again in, you can define the number of days (1 - 30) after which the reminder dialog should reappear (1 = the reminder dialog will appear every day, 2 = the reminder dialog appears every other day,...).
