Licensing and product key

Entering a product key is required in order to install Engineering Base. You can also enter further product keys after the installation.

If you are additionally using the Token licensing, you can select the required licenses here.

To enter the product key

  1. Ensure you have administrator rights for the local computer.
  2. Start Engineering Base.
  3. On the Help menu, click Product keys.
  4. The Product keys dialog opens.
  5. In the Enter a new product key box, type the 16-digit Engineering Base product key.
  6. Click Insert, then click OK.
  7. Engineering Base will be available immediately.
