Switching off cross-references

In Engineering Base, you can switch off peer-to-peer cross-references between equipment and/or potentials if the respective sheets are located in different document folders. Additionally, you can switch off all cross-references between representations on sheets which are not directly located below the same folder or below the same drawing directly under the Documents folder.

To switch off cross-references

  1. Select the project in the navigation pane and click Properties on the shortcut menu.
  2. In the Properties dialog, select and expand the Visio Settings node, then select Cross-references.
  3. Select one or several options and click OK.
