You need administrator rights to change this registry setting.The start screen is visible while Engineering Base loads.
To disable the start screen
Quit Engineering Base.
Start Registry Editor.
Look for the \<EB version>\Client\Settings key.
Create a new DWORD value No Start Picture and set the value to 1.
Start Engineering Base.
Engineering Base will no longer show the start screen.
