In most cases the standard mapping is used, so that the assignment of the cavities does not have to be changed.

8.17.3.2 Mapping of the inline connector cavities
Once all inline connectors of an inline connection point group have been added, you can individually change the cavity assignment of the connectors. For this purpose select a connector of the inline connection point group and the option <Mapping>. By means of the mapping you can decide which cavities of the connectors in the group are electrically interconnected.
